Media and Civic Education in the Post-Truth Era: Concepts, Methods and Measures of Student Learning

This timely panel highlights current research projects in democratic education that focus on student thinking and learning about information and media in politics. The panel will focus on conceptual and methodological challenges in researching critical literacy and media education during a period of rising mis-information, propaganda, and money in politics.
