Navigating teacher education as a critical citizen: Stories of a preservice teacher

Education plays an important role in preparing a citizenry that can disrupt the status quo and enact social change. Therefore, teachers must be prepared to teach for critical citizenship. This study explores how teacher education shaped the ongoing civic identity development of a preservice teacher with critical civic dispositions.
